Secure online orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our shopping cart is secured with the latest SSL encryption technology.

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit card payments. Supported “express” payment methods include Paypal, Google Pay, and ApplePay.

To purchase online, simply browse our store and press the “Buy Now” button to add the desired product(s) to your shopping cart for secure checkout.

We do not store credit card or security code information in our databases.

Only businesses and educational institutions * can apply to place orders via purchase order by downloading and printing our Purchase Order Application. Instructions are included along with the required application, and a copy of our order form:

Fax the completed documents to (877) 406-6090. Upon approval, your order will be placed, and your company will be invoiced. Invoices can be paid by check or money order. Please make checks or money orders payable to Medicalcodingbooks.com.

Orders can be placed over the telephone with one of our customer service representatives by calling (866) 900-8300 between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM (PST) Monday through Friday.

Fax the completed order form to (877) 406-6090. You can pay with a credit card by inputting your information on the order form.

Only California residents / businesses will be charged 8.25% sales tax during online checkout.

Government entities are tax exempt. If you need to provide proof of tax exemption, please contact us.

Shipping is not taxable.

Shipping and handling charges are based on total items purchased. In some cases, multiple item orders may have to be shipped separately.

Standard Ground: The first item is $13.99, and each additional item is $7.99. Standard ground shipments take 7-10 business days, and usually ship within 48 hours. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii default to priority shipping, please see below for rates.

AMA products may be subject to a $5 warehouse handling fee.

Priority: 2-3 day service determined by carrier coverage to your geographic area. The first item is $35.00, and each additional item $20.00. All priority orders will be shipped the following business day.

Please Note: Due to increased shipping volumes, deliveries may take longer than expected to arrive once your order is in the carrier’s possession. We cannot guarantee a priority order will arrive within 2-3 days once shipped, and will not be offering refunds for late deliveries. For example, a priority delivery that takes four (4) days enroute will not be refunded.

Yes. Each month we offer a special promotion for book sales and other discounts.

Your company or school can also request a quote for large / bulk orders of 10 books or more.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:30 PM (PST) Monday through Friday, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day.

After an order is processed, most orders ship within 2 business days. During busier times in the fall and winter, it can take up to 4 business days to ship some orders. If your order is subject to delay, you will be notified.

A product designated as a “Pre-Order” will not be shipped until the availability date listed on our website. Please check product availabilities.

If you have selected priority shipping, your order will be shipped the following business day.

All product information on our website is kept current. Browse our store to check the pricing or availability of a product.

Sale priced items will be designated with “Sale Price” or “Discount”. If an item is not listed as “In Stock”, an expected availability date will be provided for pre-orders and back-orders.
